Master Tailor / Stitching Karigar
The heart of the karkhana. You'll stitch kurtis, Anarkali sets and suit sets from cut fabric to finished piece — and set the quality bar for everything that leaves the floor.
You'll do
- Stitch straight, Anarkali and palazzo-set garments on industrial machines
- Own finishing — hems, turpai hand-stitch, buttons, pressing
- Work with the design team on new samples each season
You bring
- 2+ years tailoring ladies' ethnic wear; portfolio of stitched pieces
- Care for finish and consistency at production speed
Hand Embroidery Karigar — Chikan & Zari
Our chikan-work and embellished lines need hands that know the craft. Full-time seat in the karkhana or piece-rate from your own setup — both work.
You'll do
- Chikankari, zari and thread embroidery on kurti panels and dupattas
- Match design cards and sampling references precisely
- Coordinate with stitching team on panel timelines
You bring
- Demonstrable embroidery skill — bring samples to the interview
- Reliability on committed quantities and dates
Boutique Sales Associate
The face of Turpai at Mall 21. You'll help walk-in customers find the right piece, run billing, and keep the floor looking like the brand deserves.
You'll do
- Style and advise customers across our eight collections
- Handle billing, exchanges and enquiry follow-ups
- Keep displays, stock and trial rooms in order
You bring
- Warm Hindi/English communication; retail experience a plus
- Six-day week availability incl. weekends (weekday off)
Social Media & Catalogue Executive
Every new piece needs to be shot, written up and posted. You'll own Instagram/Facebook, WhatsApp catalogues and the website's product imagery end to end.
You'll do
- Shoot and edit product photos/reels on the floor and on models
- Plan and post content; answer DMs and route enquiries to sales
- Maintain WhatsApp/website catalogues with new arrivals
You bring
- A portfolio of pages or campaigns you've run; basic editing tools
- Eye for ethnic-wear styling and honest, unfussy copy
Packing & Dispatch Executive
Orders leave Jaipur every day via BlueDart, FedEx and DTDC. You'll make sure the right piece, perfectly folded and packed, reaches the right customer on time.
You'll do
- QC-check, fold, tag and pack outgoing orders
- Book courier pickups, print labels, track and update customers
- Keep dispatch records and manage returns intake
You bring
- Care and consistency; comfort with basic apps/spreadsheets
- Prior dispatch or store-room experience is a plus
